Acceptable Use Policy

By using VELT you agree to use the Platform lawfully, respectfully and in good faith. This policy applies to everything you do on VELT, including the content you publish, the messages you send, and how you interact with other users and our systems.

You must not use VELT to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or content that violates applicable law.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or repetitive promotional content.
• Harass, threaten, bully or intimidate any person or group.
• Impersonate another person, company or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Create fraudulent profiles or misrepresent your identity, role or credentials.
• Upload, link to or distribute viruses, malware or any other malicious software.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks or any other intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data that do not belong to you.
• Probe, scan, disrupt or otherwise attempt to compromise the security of the Platform or its users.
• Scrape, harvest or collect information from the Platform without our written permission.

Your VELT profile represents you. The information you publish must be truthful and not misleading, and you must have the right to use any logos, images or third-party material you display. Profiles that exist solely to deceive, defraud or impersonate others are not permitted.

You must not interfere with the integrity, availability or performance of the Platform. This includes attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls or authentication mechanisms, and using automated tools to interact with the Platform in ways that disrupt the service or other users.

VELT reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this policy and to take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts and permanently terminating accounts. Serious breaches may also be reported to law enforcement.

If you believe a VELT profile, message or other activity breaches this policy, please report it to hello@velt.uk. We review reports promptly and take action where appropriate.
