• Profile content including job title, company, bio, photo, links and contact details you choose to display.

• Technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location and usage data, collected automatically to operate, secure and improve VELT.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the VELT platform.
• Render your profile, share links and QR codes to people you choose to share with.
• Process subscriptions and manage your account.
• Communicate with you about your account, security and product updates.
• Detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse and security incidents.

VELT does not sell your personal information.

At VELT, protecting the privacy and security of our users is a fundamental part of our platform.

Each VELT profile is assigned a unique, randomly generated profile link rather than a predictable URL based on a user's name or personal information. This helps reduce the risk of unauthorised access, automated data scraping and profile discovery through guessed web addresses.

A user's profile can only be accessed through their unique VELT profile link, QR code, Apple Wallet pass or by any other method intentionally shared by the user. Profile URLs are designed to be difficult to predict and are not generated from names, usernames or other identifiable information.

Users remain in full control of the information displayed on their profile and may update, modify or remove their details at any time through their VELT account settings.

Where appropriate, VELT may also implement technical measures, including search engine indexing restrictions, to help minimise unnecessary public exposure of profile pages.

While VELT takes reasonable steps to protect user privacy and profile security, users are responsible for choosing who they share their profile link, QR code or digital identity with.

Subscription payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. VELT does not store your full card details on its own servers. We receive only the limited transaction information required to fulfil and support your subscription, such as the plan purchased and the status of the transaction.

We work with carefully chosen service providers to deliver VELT, including hosting, analytics, email delivery and payments. These providers may process limited personal data on our behalf under contractual obligations that require them to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls and continuous monitoring. We may also collect limited technical information to improve the security and performance of the platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data.
